Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's preferences and eye shape. Proficient in Classic, Hybrid & Volume. Perform high-quality Lash Lifts Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment. Engage with clients through excellent customer service, addressing questions about lash care, maintenance, and aftercare. Utilize social media skills to showcase work, attract new clients, and build the salon's online presence. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years work experience performing eyelash extensions/lash lifts; certification required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and understand their needs.
