Job Description
Iconic Lash Lounge is a busy, fast-paced luxury boutique lash salon looking for a motivated, dependable, and career-oriented individual to join our team. We're seeking someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a team environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in the beauty industry. We are willing to train the right candidate. Esthetics or Cosmetology license required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Training Schedule (if necessary):
Wednesdays:
8:30 AM- 12:30 PM
Thursday:
8:30 AM- 12:30 PM
Fridays:
10:30 AM- 12:30 PM
Saturdays:
9:00 AM- 12:00
PM Expected Schedule After Training:
Tuesday:
10:30AM-7:30PM
Wednesday:
10:30 AM- 7:30 PM
Friday:
10:30 AM- 7:30 PM
Saturday:
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Sunday, Monday, Thursday:
Off After the new year Tuesdays will be swapped for Thursdays- Applicants must be available for both the training schedule and the expected post-training schedule. Compensation
- Hourly during training
- Hourly or Commission ( whichever is greater) once on the books. Responsibilities
- Learn lash extensions and lash lifts
- Perform client consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Check clients in and out
- Rebook appointments
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Open and close the spa During training, downtime will be spent learning and assisting with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and learning the day-to-day operations of the spa. Qualifications

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Looking for a long-term career in the beauty industry No lash experience required.
