- Perform eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring high-quality results
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Assist with guest check-in, scheduling, and other front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in eyelash extensions
- Proficiency in color theory for lash tinting and lash lift services
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments for hair removal or skin rejuvenation is a plus
- Excellent sales skills and the ability to upsell services and retail products
- Knowledge of hospitality and guest service principles
- Experience with hair threading is a plus
