Lashing can be your lifetime career! We believe in "one- service" salons. Eyelash service is our expertise and this will be the one profession we will always be focusing on to be the BEST. We are looking for an individual who has a good work ethnic, is motivated, positive and, more importantly, loves detailed artistic work.
Lash beginners:
1 on 1 training will be provided by our experienced lash artists covering the basic and advanced techniques along with necessary information to become a professional lash technician. Lashing is a fine art and takes time to earn this skill. This will be a good opportunity, who is seeking a lifetime career, not a side job for a quick extra income. The lash beginner typically takes 30-50 hours before they can start seeing clients. Training will continue until you master all the services we provide and the average time for the lash beginner to complete the training is 1-2 years.
Experienced Lash Artists:
If you have been lashing consistently for over a year and have mastered Classic, Hybrid and Volume lashes, you may be a good candidate for this position! We work as a team, meaning, we use the same products and the same application methods. Candidates must be open to learn and flexible to adjust their lashing style to meet the business expectations. This is an employment opportunity, not an independent contractor relationship. We avoid conflicts of interest. Candidates must solely work for Lash Club as a lash artist.

Requirements:
Oregon Esthetician or Cosmetology license. Lash Certificate is plus but not a requirement Available to work at least 20 hours in a week including weekends.
Compensation:
Commission 30%-50%, depends on your experience and skill level. 10% from retail sales. Tips are all yours.
