Lucia Lash/Brow is looking for licensed Cosmetologists and Estheticians with professional Lash Extension experience who want to continue developing their skills and advancing their careers. At Lucia, you'll have opportunities to learn advanced and trend-driven techniques including LED Lash Extensions, Korean Lash Lift techniques, Japanese-inspired Lash Styling, Advanced Lash Styling, Brow Lamination, Tinting, and additional Lash and Brow services. Advanced Commission Level:

Up to 45% Commission + Tips Artists advance through our compensation structure based on training completion, skill readiness, service quality, consistency, and performance. Total earnings vary based on bookings, schedule, service mix, commission level, and tips. The advertised $18-$45/hour range represents potential compensation across different stages and levels and is not a guaranteed hourly rate. Responsibilities

• Perform professional Lash Extension services
• Provide client consultations and personalized Lash Styling
• Maintain Lucia sanitation and quality standards
• Learn and provide additional Lash and Brow services Required Skills
• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Professional Lash Extension experience
• Strong client service skills
• Reliable and punctual
