WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform professional lash extension services with attention to detail, safety and client satisfaction Consult with clients and recommend lash styles based on their desired look, eye shape and natural lashes Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards Rebook clients and build long-term client relationships Recommend Lash Dr. products when appropriate Take photos and videos of your work and actively participate in social media content Participate in salon marketing, networking, events and promotions Confidently speak to potential clients about our services Take initiative during slower periods to generate new business instead of simply waiting for appointments

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should already have hands-on lash extension experience. We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals and is ready to continue developing their skills. More importantly, we're looking for personality and DRIVE.

THIS MAY NOT BE THE POSITION FOR YOU

IF... You're uncomfortable approaching new people. You don't want to participate in marketing or social media. You expect a completely full clientele to be handed to you. EXPERIENCE

Previous hands-on experience performing eyelash extensions is required . Applicants should have knowledge of proper isolation, lash placement, styling, sanitation, client consultation and aftercare. Additional beauty-industry, customer-service, retail-sales or social-media experience is a plus.
