Boss Beauty Makeup Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Eyelash Extensions Artist to join our team on a part-time basis, as an instructor. The job title will hold the responsibly for educating adult students in our eyelash extensions program, following the school's curriculum, and ensuring all students gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in lash services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in eyelash extensions techniques.
• Follow the school's established curriculum and training materials.
• Train students on various lash services and ensure they understand lash application and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lash products, techniques, and industry standards.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Skills:

• Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions
• Knowledge of anatomy related to eyelashes and eye health
• Strong communication skills to consult with clients effectively
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
