Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized artistry services, skincare consultations, and makeup lessons that reflect the Trish McEvoy method. Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals across both Bluemercury and Nordstrom locations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, appointments, and exceptional service. Support store events, master classes, and brand activations to grow brand awareness and client engagement. Maintain excellent visual standards and uphold brand presentation at all times. Collaborate with retail partners and store leadership to ensure seamless communication and partnership. Stay current on Trish McEvoy products, artistry techniques, and promotional campaigns.Job Type:
