Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each client Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their eyelash extensions and ensure optimal results Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing the client flow and experience Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training Requirements Proven experience working as an eyelash extension technician or in a similar esthetic or cosmetology role within the beauty industry Certification or training in eyelash extension application from a recognized program or academy Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, including proper sterilization of tools and workspace hygiene Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and provide personalized client recommendations Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
