We prioritize thoughtfully selected, cleaner polish and product options and have created an environment without the harsh acrylic smell found in many traditional nail salons. What You'll Do As a technician at The Hills House, you are responsible for both providing exceptional nail services and contributing to the overall client experience and daily operation of the studio.

Responsibilities include:

Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures according to The Hills House service standards Provide detailed and thorough cuticle care Perform professional hand and foot massages as part of applicable services Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset your station and service areas between clients Properly operate and follow established procedures for our medical-grade autoclave Uphold all applicable Arkansas State Board sanitation and sterilization requirements, along with all The Hills House protocols and procedures Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas Participate in daily studio upkeep, including folding towels and other shared team responsibilities Warmly welcome and greet your clients at the front desk and personally escort them to their service station At the completion of each appointment, walk your client back to the front desk and help facilitate rebooking their next appointment Build genuine relationships with clients and actively contribute to strong client retention Educate clients on appropriate services, maintenance, and natural nail care Participate in training, coaching, and continued skill development Communicate professionally with fellow technicians, front-of-house staff, and leadership Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to solutions when needs arise Consistently represent The Hills House with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional hospitality Our Team Culture This is one of the most important parts of who we are. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Sit for extended periods while performing nail services Regularly bend, reach, and work in positions necessary to perform manicures and pedicures Use hands and fingers for extended periods while performing detailed nail services Stand and move throughout the studio as needed Lift and carry up to 40 pounds Perform the physical duties associated with cleaning, sanitizing, resetting, and maintaining service areas Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the position.
