Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications, and intricate nail art. Apply and maintain nail extensions with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Follow salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, educate them on nail care, and recommend retail products for ongoing maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while complying with all health regulations and safety standards. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension techniques. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Experience performing gel manicures, acrylic nail application, pedicures, and other related services. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while delivering outstanding customer service. Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program is required.
