Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and aftercare products. Assist with retail sales by applying knowledge of retail math to manage inventory effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Skills Proficient in various nail care techniques including acrylics, gels, and nail art. Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades. Experience with esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Familiarity with hair threading techniques is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Understanding of dermabrasion techniques is beneficial. Experience in providing eyelash extensions is preferred but not required. Ability to perform hair extensions would be an asset.
