In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Provide advanced treatments including eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as needed Educate clients on nail care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their experience Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on current trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty industry innovations to offer fresh ideas to clients Assist with retail sales by promoting products effectively using retail math skills and communication skills Requirements Valid license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails and skin care services Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences Proficiency in nail care techniques such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and hand/foot massage Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier nail care while creating memorable experiences for clients!
