Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art using the latest techniques. Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend and create personalized nail designs that match clients' preferences and trends. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice on nail care products, and upselling additional treatments such as eyelash extensions or body waxing. Assist clients with selecting suitable nail colors and styles while educating them on proper nail maintenance and aftercare. Support retail sales efforts by promoting nail products and other beauty essentials aligned with client needs. Stay current with industry trends. Qualifications Valid manicurist or cosmetology license with specialized training in nail care. Proven experience in performing professional nail services with a strong portfolio of designs. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols to maintain a clean working environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while delivering outstanding customer service.
