The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in nail techniques and ability to communicate effectively will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired services and aftercare. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in nail care, including knowledge of various techniques such as body waxing, hair styling, and hair extensions is a plus. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales or upselling services/products is advantageous.
