In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and nail extensions, while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client. Your expertise in color theory, nail art, and advanced techniques will help clients achieve their desired look. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a professional salon environment dedicated to beauty excellence. All roles are paid positions. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and care Apply advanced techniques like nail art using color theory principles to create customized designs that delight clients Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for nail care and retail products Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare, and the benefits of different treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep up-to-date with industry trends such as eyelash extensions, and nails Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety at all times Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their aesthetic goals Familiarity with color theory for creating custom nail art designs and enhancing client satisfaction Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as body waxing or hair threading is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote salon products effectively Join our team where your talent will be celebrated!
