Your creativity and technical expertise will help clients achieve their desired look through a variety of treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions. As a Nail Technician, you will also educate clients on nail health and maintenance while ensuring a safe and sanitized environment. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic, Gel X, and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to help clients select the perfect shades and designs that complement their style and skin tone Conduct esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or nail care routines to promote healthy nails Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, workstations, and equipment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience Upsell retail products like nail care items or related beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on industry trends such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or laser treatments to offer comprehensive beauty solutions when appropriate Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures, and sanitation standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and salon safety protocols essential for delivering high-quality services Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus for maximizing client satisfaction and salon success Join our vibrant team where your creativity meets your passion for beauty!
