One to two years of hands-on Russian manicure experience is required. This is not a position we train from scratch. About us We are a busy nail salon in Wheat Ridge, CO specializing in Russian manicure, structured gel, hard gel and nail art. We keep over 2,000 gel colors on site and hundreds of nail art options for you to work with. We also have a supply store on site with a lot of options Our team stays booked, and most of our clients are on a standing 3-4 week rebooking cycle. What you'll actually make Our short structured gel manicure is $100-$115 and is booked as a one and a half or two-hour service depending on the nail tech. Pay is hourly plus commission plus tips. Your commission rate and your service pricing are set by your experience level. Across our August payroll, our technicians earned between $40 and $48 per hour gross with a full book — that is hourly, commission and tips combined. Tips are yours and averaged roughly 21% of the ticket. Minimum qualifications Two years of Russian manicure experience — required, no exceptions Photos of your own work — required with your application Active nail technician license E-file certificate, or willingness to obtain one Hands-on experience with hard gel Confident, safe e-file technique Full-time and part-time availability with a flexible schedule. Evenings and weekends preferred. For true top nail masters schedules can be discussed.
