Responsibilities & Expectations Perform high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, Gel-X, builder gel, acrylics, dip powder, and nail art (based on experience). Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every client. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstation at all times. Follow all salon policies, pricing, and Florida State Board sanitation requirements. Arrive on time, manage appointments efficiently, and maintain a consistent schedule. Work collaboratively with the front desk and fellow technicians to ensure smooth salon operations. Assist with light cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a professional salon environment. Stay current with nail trends, techniques, and products through continued learning. Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and management. Qualifications Active Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology License. Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
