The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and artistry, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for creating beautiful nail designs while ensuring a clean and safe environment for all services. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will enhance the overall experience for our clientele. If you have a book of your clients will be a plus. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including Gel-x, Russian Gel Manicure, Acrylic Gel, Builders Gel, manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic environment. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide clients with innovative options. Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or hair treatments based on client needs. Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used during appointments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow within the salon. Experience Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of hair extensions, barbering, color theory, retail math, and retail sales is advantageous. Familiarity with body waxing techniques or treatments is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
