Our salon is in a highly desirable affluent area of fort lauderdale with a strong culture of tipping for excellent customer service, offering excellent earning potential for skilled technicians. Compensation This independent contractor position offers 55% commissions on services, plus additional commission opportunities on retails product and beverage sales. Responsiblities Perform high quality manicures, pedicures, and enhancements. Maintain a clean, professional work station and follow sanitation standards. Deliver a warm, luxury level client experience. Recommend retail products when the opportunity presets itself. Qualifications Active Florida License. Strong attention to detail and pride in work. Professional, reliable and team oriented. Experience in high end salons is a plus.
