We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with clients, and provides beautiful, high-quality nail services. Experience with Russian manicures is strongly preferred. Compensation This is a commission-based position. Nail technicians receive 60% of the revenue from the services they perform, and the salon retains 40%. The hourly amount displayed in this listing does not represent the actual compensation structure. Respbnsibilities
- Provide professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail enhancements within your area of expertise.
- Perform detailed nail preparation and precise cuticle work using appropriate techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and properly clean and disinfect tools and equipment.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Be punctual and dependable, with consistent attendance during agreed working hours.
- Work cooperatively with the salon team. Requirements
- A current Florida nail specialist registration or cosmetology license covering nail services.
- Previous experience providing professional nail services.
- Experience with Russian manicures (e-file manicures), including precise cuticle work, is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A professional attitude and reliable attendance.
- Experience with Gel-X, acrylics, or nail art is a plus.
