Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Assist clients with inquiries about services, products, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments through POS systems efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math. Promote salon services and products to clients, utilizing effective sales techniques. Collaborate with stylists and other team members to provide seamless service to clients. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with a willingness to learn new software tools.
