We are open to either a commission-based nail technician or an experienced nail artist interested in renting a nail station, depending on experience, clientele, and preference. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent client service, and wants to grow within a beautiful, professional salon environment. Services We're Looking For Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: Gel manicures Gel pedicures Hard gel Builder gel / structured manicures Luminary Gel-X / Apres Acrylic Nail art Manicures and pedicures Soak-offs and removals Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Professional, reliable, and punctual Friendly and comfortable working with clients Detail-oriented and passionate about nails Clean and organized Knowledgeable about proper sanitation and disinfection Able to provide consistent, high-quality work Comfortable working in a team environment Interested in growing and maintaining a clientele Active or willing to participate in social media/content when needed Qualifications Valid Florida nail specialist or cosmetology license required Salon experience preferred Must follow all sanitation and safety requirements Must be able to provide photos, portfolio, or social media showcasing previous nail work Compensation Options Commission-Based Position Commission structure will be discussed based on experience, services offered, and skill level. This option is ideal for a nail technician who wants to work within an established salon environment while continuing to build their clientele. Station Rental Rental opportunities are also available for established nail technicians who prefer to operate independently. Rental includes access to the salon environment and amenities provided by Alora Beauty Miami. Rental terms, weekly rate, and what is included will be discussed during the interview.
