Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable nail polish shades and designs that complement clients' skin tones and preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the service Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails and skin Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, gel manicures, and other beauty treatments to offer innovative options Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa environment Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of color theory, nail art design principles, and current beauty trends is highly desirable Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling products or additional services is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives!
