Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products when appropriate. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and overall salon safety practices.
