Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that leave clients feeling pampered, confident, and radiant. Your expertise in various nail techniques, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients look forward to their appointments. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications, and pedicures with precision and care. Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style and preferences. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide advice on nail care, and promote additional services or retail products through upselling techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and manicure techniques. Proficiency in salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and overall hygiene standards.
