Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style and preferences. Execute advanced nail techniques such as nail extensions, gel applications, and acrylic nail application to meet diverse client needs. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Provide personalized client consultations to discuss nail care routines, desired designs, and aftercare instructions. Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Communicate effectively with clients about their treatments, address questions or concerns, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and design principles for creating eye-catching nail art. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, and nail extensions. Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation standards and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic workspace. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Skilled in acrylic nail application, dermabrasion techniques, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and esthetic laser treatments are a plus! Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication skills combined with retail math knowledge for effective sales strategies.
