Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nail care and esthetics, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using current techniques and trends Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Offer personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments, colors, and designs based on client preferences Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories with effective communication skills Stay updated on the latest industry trends in color theory, nail care, and esthetic treatments to provide innovative services Assist in maintaining a clean, organized work station and salon environment at all times Experience Valid nail license or cosmetology specialization in nail technology required Proven experience in nail care services including gel applications, acrylics, and intricate nail art preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous Excellent sanitation practices and understanding of health regulations in a salon setting Join our team to elevate your career in beauty services while providing clients with exceptional care and style.
