Join the Charis Nails Lounge Team Charis Nails Lounge is looking for licensed nail technicians who are friendly, dependable, professional, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Both experienced technicians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. No salon experience is required. Extended hands-on training may be provided to help qualified applicants improve their skills, confidence, speed, and service quality. License Requirement Applicants must have one of the following: A valid Louisiana Nail Technician license A valid Louisiana Cosmetology license Applicants who have completed school and are currently waiting to receive their Louisiana license may speak with management regarding future opportunities. However, a valid license is required before performing services on customers. Services May Include Manicures and pedicures Gel polish Dip powder Acrylic full sets and refills Gel-X Builder gel or structured gel Nail art Basic nail repairs and maintenance Other salon services based on training and qualifications Technicians are not required to know every service before applying. Additional training may be available based on the applicant's current skill level. Qualifications Valid Louisiana Nail Technician or Cosmetology license No previous work experience required Previous salon experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and participate in training Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Dependable, punctual, and responsible Able to maintain a clean and sanitized work area Able to follow salon policies and service procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to improve service quality, timing, and technical skills Bilingual ability is a plus but is not required What We Offer Full-time or part-time opportunities Extended training for qualified applicants A beautiful, professional, and organized salon environment Opportunities to learn new services and techniques Support from management and team members An established salon with a growing customer base How to Apply Walk-in applications only.
