Job Overview As a Nail Technician on our team, you will provide top-tier manicures, pedicures, and custom nail enhancements in a clean, professional, and relaxed setting. You'll have the freedom to showcase your unique creative style while building deep, lasting relationships with a fantastic community of clients.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Nail Services:

Perform high-quality classic manicures, luxury pedicures, gel polishes, structured gel/builder gel overlays, and full sets (acrylics or Aprés/Gel-X extensions a major plus!).

Consult & Customize:

Evaluate clients' nail health, understand their style goals, and recommend the best services, shapes, and custom nail art trends. Maintain an

Immaculate Workspace:

Sanitize, disinfect, and organize your station and tools before and after every client in strict accordance with Michigan State Board regulations. Deliver a 5-

Star Experience:

Welcome clients with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel pampered, relaxed, and valued from start to finish.

Promote Nail Health:

Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products (cuticle oils, lotions) to keep their nails healthy between appointments. What We're Looking For Active Michigan Manicurist or Cosmetology License•(Required). A strong portfolio of work (Instagram handle or photo samples of your neat cuticle work, shaping, or nail art). Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong professional work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A team-player attitude—someone who thrives in a lively, upbeat salon culture.
