About Aura Aura Nail Atelier & Head Spa is a new luxury nail and head spa concept opening in O'Fallon, Missouri. We are not a typical nail salon. Our space blends a modern nail atelier, a head spa, and a craft cocktail bar into one intentional, elevated environment. We are looking for licensed nail technicians who want to be part of building something different from the ground up. The Role As a Head Spa Technician at Aura, you will provide our signature head spa rituals, deep scalp treatments centered on cleansing, herbal steam, scalp massage, and restorative care, delivered in a slow, intentional, guest focused environment. This is not a fast turnover service. Sessions run 50 to 110 minutes and are designed to feel like a complete escape, not a quick add on. What You'll Do Perform head spa rituals to Aura's specific protocol and standard, from a refined introductory service through our most advanced full body unwind experience Create a calm, attentive, guest centered experience for every appointment, including reading what each guest needs from their service Maintain a clean, organized treatment space in line with our sanitation and presentation standards Build lasting relationships with guests who return specifically for you Work as part of a team that supports each other, not one that competes for clients What We're Looking For Active Missouri cosmetology or esthetics license in good standing A calm, unhurried, detail oriented approach to your work Comfort with a slower, more intimate service pace than a typical salon or spa role Reliability and consistency, including weekend availability A genuine interest in wellness focused service, not just technical skill Compensation & Perks Hourly and/or commission plus 100% of your tips Turns assigned fairly through our front desk system so you are never competing for clients Full training provided on Aura's proprietary head spa protocol, no prior head spa experience required to apply Premium service menu and pricing that reflects the level of work you do A clean, quiet, professionally designed space to work in every day Ground floor opportunity to help build a head spa program that is one of the first of its kind in this market Schedule Aura is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night, Saturday from 9:30 to 6, and Sunday from 11 to 5. We are looking for technicians who can offer consistent weekend availability.
