Position Summary As a Salon Attendant, you'll help ensure Aura remains clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. You'll work closely with our technicians and concierge team to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to creating a beautiful environment for both guests and team members. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize manicure stations, pedicure chairs, and head spa rooms between guests Disinfect implements, equipment, and work surfaces following state board sanitation requirements Refresh treatment rooms with clean towels, linens, and supplies Sweep and mop floors throughout the day Restock towels, robes, retail bags, beverages, and guest amenities Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry Empty trash and maintain recycling throughout the salon Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready Assist with opening and closing cleaning procedures Organize storage rooms and inventory areas Support technicians and concierge with operational needs during busy periods Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the salon We're Looking For Someone Who Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment Has strong attention to detail Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Is dependable and punctual Enjoys working behind the scenes as part of a team Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications Previous janitorial, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurant, or salon experience is a plus but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the day Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts Paid training Growth opportunities within Aura Beautiful, modern work environment Supportive and team-oriented culture
