Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom instruction on nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced techniques such as gel application and nail art. Develop lesson plans that incorporate hands-on practice with trigger point therapy, anatomy knowledge related to skin and nails, and other specialized techniques like massage. Assess student progress through practical exams and theoretical assessments; provide constructive feedback to foster improvement. Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning among students. Experience Proven experience as a professional manicurist with expertise in nail care services such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care. Prior classroom experience or teaching background in adult education settings is highly preferred. Ability to effectively plan lessons using instructional strategies tailored for adult learners; excellent communication skills are essential. Certification or licensing in relevant fields such as cosmetology Teacher or Manicurist Teacher credentials is required.
