Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments with precision and care, including gel manicures and acrylic nail applications. Create stunning nail designs using color theory principles to match client preferences and current trends. Apply nail extensions such as acrylics and other techniques to enhance natural nails. Conduct esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures when qualified. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following disinfection procedures and salon safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services, and upsell retail products like nail care items or hair extensions. Stay updated on the latest industry trends in nail art, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, and barbering to provide innovative services. Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to promote products that complement services offered. Your income is commission based plus tips. The sky is the limit. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
