As a key team member, you will assist with daily salon operations, ensure sanitation standards are met, and help deliver exceptional service that keeps clients coming back. Your energy and proactive attitude will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and inspiring salon atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Wash and shampoo customers in between colors and haircuts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas, including sterilizing tools like straight razors and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed diligently Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries Support store management with inventory organization, stock replenishments Requirements Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a strong interest in cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients of diverse backgrounds Understanding of sanitation standards specific to salons—sterilizing tools such as straight razors and maintaining a clean work environment Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while supporting stylists during appointments This job would be perfect for a college student or graduate student.
