• 24 per hour About Mellow Edit We're a growing nail brand and education platform focused on bringing high-quality, professional nail products and techniques to nail technicians and enthusiasts.

We're passionate about building a community of skilled nail techs through hands-on, high-quality training. We are currently looking for a Nail Educator to lead in-person workshops, teaching our brand's techniques and product system to nail technicians looking to level up their skills. This role is perfect for someone who loves nail art and technique, and enjoys teaching and mentoring others in a hands-on setting. Responsibilities

• Lead workshops approximately 2-3x per week (2+ hours each, ~8-15 hours/week total)
• Teach foundational and advanced manicure and nail design techniques
• Represent and teach our brand's specific system and product line (full training will be provided)
• Answer student questions and troubleshoot technique in real time Requirements
• Advanced foundational manicure skills (cuticle work, shaping, prep) and nail design experience
• Valid nail technician/cosmetology license (per state requirements)
• Comfortable speaking and demonstrating in front of a group
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a set schedule
• Based in New York, able to work in-person
• Willing to learn and teach our brand's system, techniques, and products. Schedule In-person at our New York office. Sundays required as part of the weekly schedule. How to Apply Please send the following via email:
