Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manicurist Manager to lead our nail salon team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining a smooth workflow. Provide expert manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, nail extensions, and other nail services with precision and care. Ensure all services adhere to salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures to guarantee client safety and satisfaction. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or retail products. Train and mentor team members on new techniques such as color theory, nail care, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other beauty services. Oversee retail sales through upselling quality products like nail care essentials, skincare items, and hair accessories to enhance client experience and increase revenue. Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales transactions (retail math), inventory levels, and staff schedules. Foster a positive team environment focused on professional growth, continuous learning, and high morale. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization as a Licensed Manicurist. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in manicure techniques including gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and advanced nail care procedures. Strong knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills. Familiarity with color theory principles to enhance nail art design options. Ability to perform a variety of beauty treatments such as pedicures, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering skills are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing or supervising a team of beauty professionals.
