This role offers flexible client-based scheduling and competitive pay with W2 employee commission-based pay with opportunity for growth. The salon features a state-of-the-art hair and nail salon environment in a historic home setting, a full product line, free parking, retail commission, continuing education reimbursement, and paid time off benefits. Services include manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and custom nail art. Looking to fill a Tuesday through Sunday part time or full-time position. Responsibilities Provide nail services including manicures, pedicures, and optional nail enhancements, and custom nail art Deliver excellent customer service and client pre and post consultations Maintain sanitation and safety compliance Manage appointment scheduling efficiently Collaborate with a close-knit team of technicians and hair stylists Promote and sell retail beauty products Engage in continuing education and in-house training opportunities Required Qualifications Current Ohio nail technician license Completion of an accredited nail training program Experience in nail services Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home salon setting with salon therapy dogs Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience ranging from entry-level to multiple years in nail services Proficient/willing to grow in nail enhancements and custom nail art where interested/licensed Strong client communication and time management skills Adherence to sanitation and safety standards Teamwork and retail sales experience helpful Capability to work independently and manage client-focused scheduling
