Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry. Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions and acrylic nail application to meet client preferences Follow strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice on nail care and color choices based on color theory, and promote retail products. Maintain thorough knowledge of current trends in nail art, color combinations, and industry best practices to deliver innovative services. Upsell additional services such as pedicures or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails; Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols. Skilled in various nail techniques including gel manicures, nail extensions, acrylic application, and nail care treatments.
