You will contribute to our mission of promoting Ageless Beauty among our seniors and play a key role in ensuring that residents enjoy a rejuvenating salon experience. At Matura Salon and Spa Management we provide customized, full-service salon and spa services to senior living communities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers nationwide. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents through exceptional beauty services. Responsibilities Provide expert nail care services from basic manicure to spa pedicures, gel polish, nail enhancements and more! Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations. Utilize tablet/smartphone for client information management. Offer exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with supervisor and community team to ensure a seamless salon experience. Educate clients on hair and/or nail services available

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania nail technician or cosmetology license is required. Proven experience as nail technician with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in various nail care systems and techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of sanitation practices in the salon setting is essential.
