Duties Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Assist clients with selecting nail colors and designs that complement their style and preferences Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sterilization techniques for tools and workstations Promote additional services including eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, chemical peels, or other aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or
MINDBODY
to optimize client flow Engage with clients through effective communication about treatments, aftercare, and product recommendations Support retail sales by demonstrating nail products and other beauty items to clients during their visit Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and care techniques Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, or laser treatments is a plus Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or
MINDBODY
for scheduling and client records management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships Experience in social media management for promoting services or showcasing work is desirable Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program is required Hands-on experience with sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling enhances your versatility in the salon environment Join us to elevate your career in a lively atmosphere where your skills make a difference!
