We are a Certified Safe Salon and ethical beauty provider. We offer the highest standard of natural nail care and value friendly, approachable service. We are looking for a friendly front desk concierge to join our team at our premium, upscale nail salon. This position is for our Downtown location near Milk & Honey, the W Hotel & La Condesa. This position is responsible for greeting guests, getting to know our regulars (and greeting them by name), managing appointments, taking payments, closing retail sales, and making everyone feel welcome when they walk in the door. We are ethical beauty advocates and value honesty, trust, integrity and friendliness in our team members.

Ideal candidates should have:

Excellent computer and phone skills A friendly and welcoming personality An ability to manage customer expectations and book appointments, taking credit card and cash payments An interest in nails and nail care. We focus on natural nail health and you must be willing to learn so you can answer questions from our clients wanting to know more when booking appointments or selecting colors, services, etc. Weekend availability (at least 1 weekend day) Salon experience a bonus, but not required Check out our website at ilovelacquer.com for location information and information about what we do.
