This is a simple, fresh start. We are looking for reliable nail technicians to help us set up, organize, and launch this revitalized space.

Responsibilities Advanced Art:

Apply advanced techniques including intricate nail art, color blending, and custom enhancements to meet and exceed client preferences.

Workstation Organization:

Maintain a pristine, fully organized individual workstation and reset your station promptly between client appointments.

Salon Care & Order:

Assist in keeping the shared salon space, waiting area, retail shelves, and supply closets orderly, organized, and clean.

Sanitation & Safety:

Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to TDLR sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for all.

Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice on nail care products, and upsell retail items when appropriate.

Client Education:

Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results.

Inventory Control:

Monitor product levels at your station and report low stock to management before items run out to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications License:

Must hold a valid Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology license .

Experience:

All experience levels are considered. New graduates and newly licensed technicians are highly welcome to apply.

Skills:

Proficiency in basic manicures, pedicures, gel polishes, and standard nail shaping. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration

Attributes:

Reliability, punctual habits, and a friendly, customer-first attitude.

Sanitation:

Strict adherence to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) safety and sanitation guidelines.

Extras:

Knowledge of acrylic extensions, hard gel, nail art, or overlays. Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling skincare or nail products is a plus Pay Breakdown We want our team to feel secure and motivated, which is why we offer flexible options so you can choose the structure that fits you best: Option 1: Hourly Base Rate - A stable, guaranteed hourly wage plus 100% of your tips. Option 2: Commission-Based - A competitive percentage split of your overall services plus 100% of your tips. The exact commission percentage will be dependent on your experience level.
