Nail Therapist:

Main responsibility of a Nail Therapist will be to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to our members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitude Maintain expert knowledge from a Nail Therapist on product usage and deliver customized client recommendations thus achieving monthly retail sales goals Embrace and promote the Hiatus missions, philosophy, culture, and high expectations Nail Therapist is to promote to guests the health and wellness benefits of receiving nail therapy on a regular basis, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and retail products Nail Therapist is to build and maintain a regular clientele, while promoting member referral and guest programs Maintain a clean, uncluttered treatment space; replenish all supplies at the end of shift and prepare the room for next service Remove or restock laundry, as required Clean and sanitize foot basins following the State of Texas sanitation guidelines, ensure that the highest of sanitation guidelines are followed in every aspect of the service, the equipment, and the space Hiatus Benefits are WOW!
