Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color theory-based designs, and nail care treatments to meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation standards by disinfecting tools and workstations after each client Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services or products, and ensure a satisfying experience Upsell retail products such as nail care items or skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay current with industry trends like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and esthetic laser treatments to provide comprehensive beauty services Follow disinfection procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and extensions Knowledge of color theory principles to create visually appealing nail art designs Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation practices and disinfection procedures Experience applying acrylic nails, performing body waxing or hair threading is a plus Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service Certification in cosmetology or related field is required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is advantageous Join us if you're eager to bring your creative flair and technical expertise into a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
