We are currently seeking a talented, creative, and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional nail care services, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, sanitation, and customer service. This is a commission-based position , offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance, clientele, and service excellence. Responsibilities Perform professional manicures, pedicures, acrylic, hard gel, Gel-X, dip powder, structured gel, and other nail enhancement services. Create custom nail art and designs based on client preferences and current industry trends. Consult with clients to assess their nail health, discuss desired services, and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation in accordance with salon policies and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) standards. Recommend retail products and additional salon services that complement each client's needs. Stay current on emerging nail techniques, products, and trends through continuing education and training. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and a personalized salon experience. Collaborate with fellow salon professionals to create a positive, team-oriented work environment. Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness and professionalism throughout the day. Qualifications Valid Texas Manicurist or Cosmetology License. Experience performing professional nail services and enhancements. Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, sanitation procedures, and infection control practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning and growing. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hand-painted nail art and specialty nail designs. Experience with Gel-X, builder gel, hard gel, or other advanced nail systems. Retail sales experience. Established clientele is a plus but not required. Active social media portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.

Pay:
