EliteNailsAndSpaHerndon@gmail.com Duties Perform great manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and nail extensions Learn and perform advanced techniques such as acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, TAP Gel, and nail art Follow salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools by adhering to disinfection procedures and sanitation standards Experience No prior experience is required!! Be a recent graduate of a VA certified training program and eligible to sit for the exams. We provide thorough training for all new team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Passion for doing AWESOME nails. You will be trained by our best technicians with production techniques as well as how to do high-level design. A genuine interest in nail care, beauty trends, and client service excellence Completed Cosmetology or Nail Technician training. Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members. Biggest tips received by those that communitate best! No experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology field needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills such as gel manicures, nail extensions, or esthetic laser treatments Our salons are BUSY and provide great training opportunities!!
