Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications, and pedicures with precision and attention to detail Create custom nail designs utilizing color theory principles to achieve clients' desired looks Maintain strict salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and accessories to enhance client experience and salon revenue Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations in nail artistry and beauty treatments Assist with maintaining a well-organized workspace, manage appointment schedules efficiently, and support team collaboration Requirements Proven experience working as a professional nail technician or artist in a salon or spa setting Strong knowledge of nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and manicure techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or hair extensions is a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients Knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail art designs Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations Join us if you're passionate about transforming nails into works of art while delivering outstanding service!
