Job Summary We are seeking a driven, organized, and sales-savvy Studio Manager to lead our sugaring studio. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving membership sales, and growing studio revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for beauty/wellness, and brings strong leadership and customer service skills. Studio Manager is required to work in-studio no less than 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Operational Management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cleanliness standards
  • Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Schedule and supervise sugaring specialists and front desk staff to optimize coverage and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage studio systems, software, and booking platforms effectively Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive membership sales through staff coaching, client engagement, and upselling strategies
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
  • Implement promotions and marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist with retail sales
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals, including memberships, packages, and retail.
  • Lead local marketing efforts to build community awareness through events and local partnership collaborations. Team Leadership & Client Experience
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and support professional development
  • Foster a positive studio culture rooted in professionalism, teamwork, and respect
  • Resolve client issues with care and professionalism to ensure retention and satisfaction Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or spa/beauty management (membership-based model a plus)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals and managing staff
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Previous management experience in beauty, wellness, fitness or hospitality a plus.
  • Proficiency in Zenoti is a plus.

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,209.28 per year
